At WestCoast Products, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
